I think that eBay should give the buyer 24 hours to pay. Then it should automatically be deducted from their account.
If a buyer decides to cancel after purchasing, then buyer should be penalized and automatically charged a penalty fee. This of course, will cover lost fees & time that the seller has lost. This will prevent cancellations shortly after a buyer has won. It will also prevent non payments. |
