My buddy Mike Hoevet (RIP) had one of these plates. Rumor has it that the base runner was called out, and he lost his head over the call.
![]() Seriously I know nothing about this piece, other than it appears to be circa 1930s-40s, and is a nifty little advertising vehicle for Reach Sporting Goods. A nice display item that tends to turn up about 3-4 times per year on ebay and elsewhere. If memory serves, they typically sell for $125 - $150. Hope this helps!
