This is often not true in today's grading landscape where PSA under grades your cards and SGC does not.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions - yes, these cards belong to a family friend. Just helping to do some homework before recommending where and how to grade.

I would go with PSA for this major reason when it comes to generating the most value, the Registry and Pop specifically if the cards are in high end shape with a low pop.
