I found an ad in the May 1948 Ebony from Sports Novelty Co., for a hat, 8 x 10 and "life story" of Jackie. Not definitively the same thing, there's no cover image in the ad, but probably so.
That image of Jackie holding a 1947 Dodgers schedule (I think) appears in Promises to Keep, visible in this ebay listing. But the original version (in the book) has him in his Royals uniform.
