Thanks All! Once again the collective wisdom of the Net54 Hivemind does not fail to impress! You guys were all spot on and fast in figuring this one out. And bobw, pulling up the 1957 Dell's Who Who on demand for this thing was dope!
As soon as I took it out of the rigid holder I could see were the lighter top layer was glued on to the cardboard. It looks pretty cool - I could see Panini Et al. doing something similar one day when they run out of new vintage reissue ideas. I advised the seller who has some others for sale and returned it. Case closed. - M
