When I was in HS there was several young girls openly dating guys in their 30s and older. It is a horrible thing but it is not just a developing country problem.

I'm sure that it took a presidential level decision for Wander Franco to NOT have been able to buy his way out of a conviction in the D.R. I wouldn't be surprised if his "prison" sentence is structured so that he pays for guards to nominally watch his home, where he serves his sentence.
