Not sure I agree that's a 'problem' - all I see with a vintage card marked in some way as Topps has been doing for the last 15 years or so is a defaced card.
It may not be a huge deal with that 1989 common, but when I go on COMC looking for vintage singles from the 1970s and 1960s it never ceases to amaze me how many Topps has vandalized in the name of the 'chase'. Last edited by deweyinthehall; 01-21-2024 at 03:42 PM.
