The PSA on the flip appears to be printed in black and white. I have never seen a label that the PSA was not printed in color.
Certainly the card looks to be the one they authenticated and maybe something happened on the printing of the label that caused the PSA to not print in color but that is something I have never seen if indeed it is black and white as it appears.
