I have a recommendation: contact a seller named "jollyrodgersrelics" on ebay, I'm sure he'll agree with you that this is Anson. After that, just consign it with him. He's got a great early Ruth picture for sale right now. This Anson would go splendidly with that Ruth photo.
Edited to add - Darren, please don't encourage the OP...  Joe Jackson, indeed. Everyone will tell you it's closer to 3 Finger Brown.
