This is the memorabilia section. You might get more responses on the card side.
I am personally not a big graded card guy, but that being said, I would definitely open a case on it. A mark on the face of the card would be less than an 8 or, if it was a printing mark, perhaps a 8(mk). Both of which are less valuable than an 8. My 2c. Sent from my SM-F946U using Tapatalk
