 Luther Burbank was a pioneering horticulturist who developed a disease resistant variant of the russet potato in response to the devastating Irish potato famine.  This potato variant was eventually named after him.  So yes a card show in Anaheim is rightfully identified as the Burbank Card Show, as I can't imagine the convention center not selling french fries in their snack bar.
