How much was his base rookie card going for before this?
I reserve judgement until the facts come out. That said, if it is true he is a pos and should be in jail.

The age of consent in the Dominican is 18. It would not seem he could even claim he didn't know, or that the girl lied to him. Apparently there was a second complaint against him by a minor as well. If true and this takes its expected trajectory, what a waste. Not to be flippant about an obviously serious potential crime, but I am reminded of the Croce song Five Short Minutes.
