1910 Pamphlet from The Baseball Magazine offering an 8% dividend to investors at $10 a share. Explains a plan to raise money to increase distribution and quality of the magazine that started in 1908. It’s on glossy paper with a few totally cool pictures including the 2 below.

Jackie rookie year stub where he had career hit # 101. Hank Greenberg homered. And the game took place on my birthday.

.. Best Label I've ever seen ! -- Did the research staff at PSA charge you extra for all those details ? Or did you order it to be that way ? I imagine they charged for " custom " labels/flips ? Thanks , again a really neat cool flip !
