I just won an auction for the last card I needed to complete my 1955 Topps baseball set (196 - Gale Wade) and I am curious what other folks do with regard to the 4 missing cards. There are three options, as I see it:

Leave the sheet slot that corresponds to these cards empty
Collapse the higher number cards down so there are no empty slots
Fill in the empty slots with the "Cards that Never Were" that were apparently a giveaway at the 2005 National.

I'm leaning towards #3, but I was wondering what others have done.
