I second Alan's suggestion of Schiller Park. I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in 2011 and was very content. I found it on Priceline. I used the "Name your price" tool and booked on June 30th of that year for $55/night. It will obviously be higher these days, but the hotel was fine.
Four Points By Sheraton O' Hare 10249 W Irving Park Rd Schiller Park, IL 60176 847-671-6000 Keep in mind there were absolutely no dining options for a breakfast place anywhere remotely close to this hotel. I took quite the drive around the area, too. It was Snoresville from a business perspective. Mostly residential from my 12 year old recollection.
