1. If going into my collection, it would stay raw.
2. Authentic, given the hand cut and paper loss. I know TPGs change their grading standards over times, but not sure either of the mentioned TPGs are in that area right now where they would give this a numeric grade. But since you seem to prefer PSA anyway, I'd say go with them. Personally I'd say it deserves a numeric grade, just not sure the TPGs will give it one. Last edited by BobC; 05-31-2023 at 03:20 PM.
