As this is one of my favorite food sets from the 70s, I pieced my complete set together from several other complete sets for the best condition, centering, etc.
Several of the cards in my set have lighter red ink on the back like your Mantle and several other cards had partial obscuration the "WGP" text, just not to the level of your Mantle. I don't feel, based on your image, your card is fake...just a factory PD.
