So where is the card?
At PSA? Who will follow the plan and send it to the buyer who already was refunded? Or will i be returned to the seller? Or..... what? Ebays third party processes are gradually becoming a disaster. It's not so bad with cards so far, but the big talk on the bicycle group is that international sales shipped through Ebays internationa shipping system are getting as bad as it gets. For items over some unknown size, the buyer gets a message that their package shipment can't be completed and they get a refund. The seller gets a similar message. And the package? Destroyed.
