Thanks for the responses all!
I had apparently selected the “A only option” when submitting initially, and customer service let me know I could resubmit for consideration of a numerical grade. I sent the card back and did not break it out of the holder. This has all happened over the course of the past three weeks. Bummed that I’ve paid grading fees twice to get the same outcome under different processes, but that’s a result of my own ignorance more than anything else… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
