I would think Paypal probably uses Allianz or another insurer...or just scale the float themselves
In looking at 1 transaction it doesnt seem to be profit friendly but the 2% of n transactions covers the insurance or pool of distressed transactions as thousands likely go through without an issue (in between issues). The fee is insurance....same as paying insurance w usps Ed Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk |
