I recently finished putting a complete set of these together.
About 2/3 of my set has instruction backs and the rest blank backs. I found the blank backs were in slightly less supply but not much price difference, at least among commons and minor stars. I paid the most for the Mantle and it was the only one I got that was graded. My Bunning cost me $3.75 and that was just over a year ago. Mike
