Ricky: your pennant's by ADFLAG. And, it's quite rare. You scored a nice pick-up, for sure!
More commonly, this design was used on ADFLAG's 1959 NL champs pennants, of which they made three variants. They also made a WS champs pennant, that year, based upon the same design; and it is EXTREMELY rare. When 1963 came around, it appears ADFLAG recycled most of the 1959 design and updated it for that year's series. They made three variants in 1963, all of which feature the inclusion of 1st base coach, Leo Durocher, which was certainly unusual.
