1949 Lancaster (PA) Red Roses (Class B Affiliate of the Brooklyn Dodgers)..Manager was Al Campanis and in the front row (last player on right) is Bill Ripken (brother of Cal Sr,; Uncle to Cal Jr. & Bill):

Good spot. Most (all?) of the images of this session I have seen are from the spot where the guys are looking - some with the banner above like in mine, some with it on the ground in front. Here is a Barney Stein photo shot from "over there" (this one isn't my photo)/
