More than likley it was a "good eye appeal for the grade" already graded a 6. Cracked out, and sold to someone hopeful to capitalize on it grading higher.
This has been a very common practice over the years before some unscrupulous people were able to get trimmed cards past psa. Sorry this happen to you, but there really isnt any recourse
