I have had this one for decades. I know for most the preference is to not be used. But In many instances the postmark or writing on the back offer first, a level of authenticity. And second a glimpse into how baseball was and is part of so many peoples lives. Postmarked August 1910.
I came across many reproductions over the years but found that although the sepia images were close the paper was a clear giveaway with the newer postcards on a Thicker paper that felt stiff in many cases. Jonathan |
