I was assured 10 days ago that my package was "in shipping's possession". But I still don't have a Tracking Number 10 days later. I know "stuff trumps all" but this might be the last time I use Heritage.

Same here. This is really embarrassing for them. Zero preemptive updates on a delay. No transparency.

Sometimes we put up with the auction house shortfalls when they have the card that we want or need the most.

That's exactly why I bid with Heritage on the latest auction. It was a card that I had wanted for years and years.

Now I just want the darn card in my actual possession being that I paid for it almost a month ago now.

Suggest calling. I called Friday and it shipped on Saturday.
