It's deja vu all over again, 70 years later...1 game to decide the pennant, er, NL West. The Dodgers just announced their starter is Newcome, with Branca out in the pen. The Giants will of course go with Sal the barber. They were out shining up the Eddie Grant plaque, and touching up the Always Buy Chesterfield, as well as the green. Sal Yvars is taking his telescope out to the clubhouse, and testing the signal button to make sure the buzzer is working in the dugout...

Being a weatherperson in San Diego is actually not easy, as you have to be able to say the same thing over and over again and make it sound interesting.
