I actually think the SGC would go a bit higher. I mentally deduct 2 full points from BVG to compare to PSA or SGC (maybe 1.5 for SGC). Also, I very rarely bid on BVG. You’ll get a lot more interested buyers with SGC or PSA. Just my opinion.
