Frank:
It's an early 1920's photo of the Grays, a top independent ball club of the day and prior to the 1925 arrival of Smokey Joe Williams, the first key cog in the soon to be Grays powerhouse that would include Josh Gibson, Oscar Charleston and Jud Wilson. Players that I have identified thus far are Jasper Washington & Mo Harris, who went on to become a top Negro National League umpire.
