I think you can cancel the order by
1) Go to the order in the Orders section of Selling Manager 2) Choose "Cancel Order" from the dropdown under Actions 3) Select "Buyer asked to cancel" from the Reason dropdown I know I've done this a few times without any issues or eBay strikes where buyer claimed a mistake or didn't pay up.
