Luke,
I would estimate the value to perhaps be a bit higher to the right collector.
Specifically, a Griffey Jr. collector.
Ken Griffey, Jr. hit his 22nd HR out of 56 in 1998.
In 1997 and 1998 hit 56 HR's in back-to back years.
Although 1997 was essentially Griffey's peak performance year (BA, HR's and RBI's), 1998 was his 2nd best career year.
Also note that Lou Pinella was the Manager and a younger Alex Rodriguez plays in this game.

Value to me if I am a Griffey Jr. collector? Perhaps $50-$75
One thing to note is that not everyone collects lineup cards, even though they are really cool collectibles.

I hope this helps. Jeff Lazarus on net54 collects lineup cards as a specialty.
