I have sent and received many cards in PWEs. The best way I have found is to put the card in a penny sleeve and tape it to the center of a sheet of paper. Fold it in thirds, put it in the envelope and mail it.
I have found the more you do to try to protect a card in a PWE the bigger the chance you will cause problems. Last edited by bnorth; 02-01-2021 at 01:19 PM.
