If you call early in the morning and use the call back option they will call you when it is your turn in the queue.
I just did an express submission that was recieved on Nov 23rd logged in on 27th and completed in 12 business days (on its way back now). So higher services seem to be slightly delayed but not terribly. Once it gets logged in for processing which seems to be taking 3 to 4 days, it should move very quickly. Good luck.
