Seriously? PSA is de-certing numbers? How would they know what to de-cert? If it's based on the submitter, then something would really appear to be wrong. How could PSA de-cert without reviewing the card? Is there some type of "recourse" someone could have for PSA's actions? Sounds a bit fishy to me.
