I am not an expert at Mr. Cobb's signature, but in looking at this one as opposed to the PSA Exemplars posted on their Autograph Facts portion of their website, I do not believe this to be an authentic version of Mr. Cobb's signature. They Upper loop in the T looks off. The C does not look right as most have a distinct curl or like a small circular pattern on the upper formation of the C. Some do have a bend in the upper part of the C that goes inwards. The O usually fully connects and loops back over making a sort of mini O on top of the full letter. The thing that stands out about the B's are that in most of his authentic examples the bottom of the letter b is rounded, but in this example they are pointed. My opinion is that this is not an authentic example based upon what I have seen and compared it to.
