I'm not totally sure what this is but I do know that Julia St. Claire played for the Bloomers in 1902 and I believe this card is from her time on the team. I also found references to her playing for other ladies teams in Texas as late as 1915.
I always thought that maybe this was something sold at a Bloomers game:

You remember Card Shows - Right?
Had a chance to meet and talk with these ladies - all HOF'ers from the AAGPSL back in the mid 90s at a Card show in Toledo (I think it was Toledo anyway) The All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL) was a professional women's baseball league founded by Philip Wrigley which existed from 1943 to 1954
