Kind of sad story. Alexander struggled with alcoholism and epilepsy post retirement and had trouble making ends meet. He is shown here working in a carnival telling stories about his career.

Luke, any idea why your very nice 1924 Diaz card received an "A" grade instead of a numerical grade?

Mac, I'm really liking your rare blue-green HAJ back, despite the card's condition.

Val, I think it is trimmed slightly across the top edge.

Thank you, he doesn’t have many cards I was happy to add this one. He really flies under the radar of all time greats and doesn’t get a lot of hobby love.
