There seems to be confusion regarding DiPino and Durham.
In the first picture, the signature below Francona, is DiPino. In the third picture, the signature below Dernier, is Durham. Steve

Ah, I hadn't even noticed Durham's name was typed twice, I was looking at the signatures only. Sorry to add to the confusion!
