Their website hasn't been updated since June. There's an address listed for Harrison NY not NYC and their phone # goes to VM. So hopefully CU is done, but unfortunately compensation for their consignor seems unlikely.

A lawsuit has been filed. I have the complaint. I dont know a way to post it. And maybe Dave doesn’t want it posted.
