Hi all - just confirming, is seller PWCC_vault on eBay the actual PWCC?

I purchased and paid for a card Sep 7, yet haven't received any info on them starting the shipping process, and sent a message that went unanswered over the last 24 hours.

I had assumed at purchase that this seller was part of PWCC proper.

Im actually suspicious. pwcc_vault looks like a new account(may 2020) with minimal feedback and the prices were strange. I was actually going to ask the same thing here.
