Thanks Chad...glad to hear you've enjoyed the threads.
I grew up collecting in the junk wax era (got my start in 1987) so those sets you mentioned have a soft spot for me, too. I was actually thinking about buying an 1988 Score or 1989 UD set and putting them in binders...not because they have value or the thrill of the chase, but just because they're pretty cards! I haven't been brave enough to venture into 60's sets yet. Two good options...1969 will be a bit easier, but I do agree that those horizontal 1960's are pretty sweet. I have also always been partial to 1965 Topps...maybe someday when the kids are grown up!
