I would not disagree with Frank on this. There was some discussion on this card on page 2 of this thread:

They appear to have improved their FAKES. The four silver lines on each side are fairly the same length, though in the genuine ones the lines on the left are slightly longer at a measurable ratio which I will not put here. Also almost all of the basketball is showing. There is one clue that shows they are not perfect. The wording 'Ovation Signatures". In the genuine cards the end of the 'v' in ovation is just where the silver oval would cross the wording and the 'r' in signatures is completely inside where the oval would cross the word. These richardheads still screw that up. Those words are shifted about 1 mm to the right in the fakes.
