Saco
Hi, I have been bidding in the Saco River auctions. I was never happy with their photos, and I also wanted more back scans. A few weeks ago,I mentioned those things to Scott and he responded back right away, but the last auction still had the same problem.
This morning I received a phone call from Corey from Saco River. Corey told me that they had switched to a newer photo system, similar to many of the big auction houses, that can be enlarged, and then zoomed in with a mouse. Saco is also changing their scanning protocol to include more back scans, and the scans will no longer be made with the cards in a top-load or plastic sheet. I want to commend Scott and Saco River for listening to their customers and making changes for the better. I'm sure their consignors will be happy about the changes. Scott, thank you for listening, and I will keep bidding in your auctions. Rick
