You've done all the proper leg work and have definitely found the right answers without needing additional help!
Good news is the ball (from what can be seen) appears free of any clubhouse issues, so it's clean in that regard. Don't bother having it authenticated, as the fee would run more than its actual value. Nice of them to wish to use it to support a charity. Let the ball run as it stands.
