I will take the Braves. My worry is this season could turn out like 1981 or we have no baseball at all.

Having lived in the DC suburbs of VA for all of my 76+ years, I'm so thrilled that my home-town team finally won a WS Championship during my lifetime!
Of course, I'd like my Nationals to win the NL East, but I wouldn't bet anything meaningful on it. Washington has very good starting pitching, seemingly much better relief pitching than last year, and a solid defense. What I fear they may by lacking is enough hitting, with Anthony Rendon, their best hitter last year, having departed during free agency. If Juan Soto hits 40+ homers and bats .310+, maybe they will have just enough hitting, plus the Nats will have to win a high percentage of close games.
