Why wouldn't you just take a few minutes and address the debacle that was the last auction? I haven't looked at the auction and wouldn't unless you explain why people should believe this one will be handled better. I'm honestly really shocked this is still a company after that. Seems like a no-brainer that you have to answer some questions and explain what happened if you want any customers.
