To me a scarce type should be a card from a set that doesn't come up for public sale often, probably should be available no more than once a year. Stretching the definition of "card" a little, but these are not available everyday.



and as expected in a thread like this, one of my obsessions. Anyone want to sell me another one?

I was actually looking for one of them and happened to get lucky the first day of the show. Goes well with one of the corresponding flip books
