When did E105 Chase become an expensive card? I thought the $19,000 sale earlier this year in HA was 2 people in a bidding war. Its was a 4, this 3 sold for $8500. The Chase is not a high pop card for the set, but it's certainly not the most difficult card in the set. I thought it might go for $800 or so. It will be interesting to see what the next one sells for.
Not sure whats up here either. There are two of us that are super close to completing the set and neither one of us was in for the PSA 4 or PSA 3. All I can assume is big Chase collectors or some new folks in the Mello Mint market. There are enough copies of this card out there (not a ton obviously) that the prices shouldn't be this crazy.
