C'mon, you know you are going to get your hand smacked for this. This is topic about modern cards in a Pre-War formum!!! And to clarify for those that have no idea what you are talking about....and I assume this is what you are talking about.... there are some 2019 Topps Chrome cards in the #200's that are coming undersized direct from the company. Some of the young studs and Trout. Not sure how it will play out but it's not the first time. Look at the vast majority of 1986 Fleer Jabbar stickers that are min size fresh from the pack.
