It looks like Lopez on the top right but he didn't debut until 1955. What year are these generally attributed to? I think Mule Haas might be the right call as mentioned previously to.

Except for babe ruth the charms are all players from 47 to 52 as far as I know

Could it be Bobby Avila? Looks like a Cincinnati uni but they had no, ahem... darker-skinned players in the 47-52 era.
